Most models work instantly without additional software. However, a few versions may require a driver for full functionality. If you’re using a work-issued laptop with IT restrictions, we recommend selecting a driver-free model for the smoothest experience.
How does the 30-day return policy work?
We offer a 30-day return window for purchases made directly on our website, starting from the day your order is delivered. To qualify for a full refund:
The product must be unused, unsealed, and returned with all original items (including accessories).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Bundled accessories can be returned, but individually purchased accessories are non-refundable.
