Return & Refunds Policy


At Lumelo, we value our customers and will do everything we can to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product purchased from Lumelo:

  • Return Period: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition of Product: Returned items must be in new, unopened condition with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. 

  • Damaged or Missing Items: Lumelo reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned product is damaged, missing accessories, or otherwise not in resellable condition.

  • Refund Timeline: A refund will be processed by Lumelo as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • International Returns: Customers are solely responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, tariffs, and other applicable taxes when returning products shipped outside their country of domicile.

  • Exclusions: This refund policy does not cover accessories such as adapters, stands, or other add-on products.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless Lumelo made a shipping error. The applicable shipping cost (typically $45–$65 USD, depending on the destination country) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Product Integrity: Please ensure that the product is intact and unopened. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not in sellable condition due to reasons other than a verified quality issue.

  • International Customers: All costs related to return shipping, customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
